Altos de la Bahia - quarter is one of the best part of the town. There are only new houses within green gardens in the closed quarters. and a very large common swimming pool.

Neighbourhood: The bungalow is 40 kilometers to the south from Alicante International Airport,in the Torrevieja Town, in the ALTOS DE LA BAHIA quarter. There is an unique climate, because the two salt lakes and the sea which lay around the Torrevieja town - evaporate two times more salt to the air than on any else seaside. This salt is good for the health, mainly for the people with asthmatic and allergic illness.The bungalow is very close to the beach. The sandy beach ( Playa de la Mata ) is 600 meters from the door,it's a ten minute slow walk .You can choose three kind of beach: sandy, rocky, and pebbly.In the other direction, just 800 meters to the wonderful new Town Indoor Swimming-pool,and just 900 meters to the Aqua Park. You can swim all year long.Within 800 m: supermarket (Mercadona), Bank with ATM, bus-stop, and restaurants.
