It is only a stones throw away from the best golf courses in Spain, and near the most internationally renowned cities and towns. From here you can get to know the fabulous restaurants, bars, villages, and beautiful countryside along the coastline with its marvellous beaches and recreational ports (4 kms).
The resort hosts its own equestrian centre, a selection of international restaurants, and a 5* hotel in a magnificent mansion. Other communal facilities include swimming pools and extensive gardens. This part of Spain is famous for its wide selection of golf courses. The San Roque Club is itself a mature 6494m 18 hole championship course, and a brand new 6626m course that only opened in the autumn of 2003. It has a two tiered driving range, practice areas and putting greens, pro shop, and the “Seve Ballesteros Natural Golf School”. The club forms one side of the “Golden Triangle” of Spanish golf (the others are the world famous courses of Sotogrande and Valderrama – venue for the 1997 Ryder Cup). Other courses nearby are Alcaidesa, Almenara, and La Canada. For people looking to move to San Roque, the community is also host to an international school, located with views of the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea. This is furnished with interconnecting buildings for primary, middle, and secondary education. Other facilities include a theatre hall, library, computer room, music and art department, 25m swimming pool, gymnasium, and cafeteria.

Notable differences for the semi detached model are that they are available with either four or five bedrooms and four fitted bathrooms. With some models there is more space for cars (4 spaces maximum). Properties are suitably larger to accommodate the extra sleeping space/amenities.
