Mojacar Mojacar is a historical Spanish town located on a hill with the sea and beach surrounding it. The streets cobbled, narrow, and windy, with picturesque old whitewashed buildings. With a fusion of cultures, it is a haven if you have an interest in arts. The locals are very welcoming, and there are many good restaurants and bars to relax in and while the day away. There is also a good variety of boutiques. There are two weekly markets both held from 9am-2pm. The first market is every Wednesday located at the football ground, and the flea market is held every Sunday. The weather is excellent all year round with the largest number of cloudless days, sometimes beyond 3000hrs of sunshine every year. The average temperature is in the summer is 18ºC and and in the winter is 24ºC. The sea is crystal clear and most of time time warmer than the air. All in all I would highly recommend Mojacar for your annual holiday or investment in property, it is an undiscovered, unspoilt town with friendly locals, and lots to do.
