Miraflores Golf Opening in the year 1990 Miraflores Golf soon became one of the Costa del Sol's top leisure attractions. Located in the hills behind Mijas Costa the scenery is breathtaking; with views out across the countryside and out to sea. Miraflores consists of 18 holes measuring 6294 yards and is a par 72 course. Miraflores is popular due to its beauty as it boasts lush fairways and well manicured greens, but also because it is a challenge. Three lakes make for many water hazards, and well positioned trees and elevated greens test even the most experienced of players. Due to the hilly nature of much of the course a buggy is often recommended. The general surroundings and facilities on offer at Miraflores Golf are of the highest standard. The clubhouse is beautifully furnished, with panoramic views across the hills and out to sea. Attached is a restaurant and pro shop. Other services include; a driving range, putting green, pitching green, trolley/buggy hire, tennis, bowls, snooker, showers, sauna, and dressing rooms. A golf school is in operation on site at Miraflores; offering a variety of individual/group training options.
