Los Naranjos de Marbella (Nueva Andalucia)
Set on the foothills of the beautiful la Concha Mountains Los Naranjos de Marbella offers a residential area in the purest white Andalucian style. This captivating community is a collection of apartments, duplexes and townhouses with quaint courtyards, window boxes and whitewashed walls. Lavish tropical gardens are spread throughout the community together with a large pool and restaurant.
The community is sandwiched between two golf courses (Los Naranjos Golf and Aloha Golf). A further three courses are just five minutes farther afield. The fashionable marina of Puerto Banus is a 15 minute walk away with its array of trendy bars and restaurants. Marbella town is just 10 minutes drive away and there is a regular bus service. Other leisure facilities close at hand are tennis courts and horse riding. The nearest beach is just one kilometre away.

The number of bathrooms in most cases corresponds to the no of bedrooms (e.g. 1 bed, 1 bath/2 beds, 2 baths). Other features include marble flooring, safe, air-conditioning (hot and cold), and a fireplace in the lounge/diner. All properties have access to underground parking. Apartments have multiple terraces dependant on the model you choose.
