Las Brisas Golf Club Las Brisas Golf Club (officially known as the Real Club de Golf Las Brisas) was founded in 1968. It is located in Nueva Andalucia, near to the prestigious town of Marbella in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Designed by Robert Trent Jones the course is amongst the best on the Costa del Sol. The course includes plenty of water hazards; there are no less than ten artificial lakes fed by two streams. The majority of greens are raised and well protected by bunkers. The course is itself surrounded by lush vegetation from all over the world. Trees from Africa, the Americas, Australia, Asia and Europe make Las Brisas a veritable botanical garden as well as an international standard golf course. In addition Las Brisas Golf has played host to some of the worlds most prominent competitions. These include; the King and Queens' International Cup, Spanish Open, Nations Cup, and World Cup. There are many facilities to enjoy at Las Brisas including its clubhouse; with members area, locker room, showers, sauna, terrace bar, restaurant, car park etc. There is also a pro shop, practice ground, and golf school on site.
