Apartments on the Costa Blanca come in many different formats. The most common is the 2 bedroom apartment as it is suitable for both couples and larger families. Investors that are interested in buying a property to rent out, will find that due to its versatility the 2 bedroom apartment (in most cases) proves to be the best outlay versus income. 1 bedroom apartments are still available, although less so today than previously. Constructors are veering away from building as many 1 bedroom properties these days due to heightened building costs, attributed largely to the rise in the cost of land. Most of the 1 bed apartments for sale are therefore available on the resale market, although some constructors will offer limited options. The increase in recent years on land/plots has meant that 3 bedroom apartments are on the increase.
