Almerimar a tourist area with miles of beach, beautifully clear sea, and a huge marina.  Adra used to be Roman Colony and is a good day out, there is a fortress, 18th century church, harbor, beaches lagoons and many species of birds.  Mojacar is another good day out.  Not forgetting one of the two water parks is a must on any hot holiday.  The weather is very warm, it has the largest number of cloudless days, sometimes beyond 3000hrs of sunshine every year.
