Club de Golf Guadalhorce The Club de Golf Guadalhorce (Guadalhorce Golf Club) first opened its doors for business in 1990. Situated roughly 8 kilometres from Malaga it is set in scenic surroundings. The course is made up of raised greens and lakes, decorated with tropical vegetation and palm trees. This par 72 course is made up of 18 holes measuring a total of 6,194 metres. Designed to mirror the contours of the land, the front and back holes offer contrasting play.  Both feature two shared greens. Guadalhorce is held in high esteem, having hosted the 1999 Spanish Professional Golfer's Championship. The course itself was designed by Kosti Kuronen, and boasts a beautiful Andalucian style clubhouse.
