Calpe Property Calpe is proving an ever popular choice for holiday makers and ex-pats Europe wide. Having an agreeable climate year round and a diverse range of sights and leisure pursuits (see the "Calpe tourism" document) the town undeniably has its benefits, but what can Calpe really offer the would be buyer?  Situated in the northern part of the Costa Blanca the town of Calpe is well placed for travel throughout Spain. It is connected to the A-7 motorway taking you north as far as the French border, and south to Cartagena, Murcia and beyond. However be aware the A7 is a toll road, a cheaper (but slower) alternative is the N-332, running as far along the coast in either direction as any are likely to need to travel. The town boasts bus, train, and flight connections via Alicante's International Airport "El-Altet" (further information on flights can be found in the "Calpe Flights" document). Despite its relative proximity to one of Europe's largest tourist spots (Benidorm), the pretty town of Calpe has managed to evade mass tourism. It is an excellent spot to savour the delights of Spanish life, with many fiestas, excellent cuisine and a lively atmosphere.
