Altea Water Parks Altea is reasonably close to the largest water park on the Costa Blanca, and one of the largest in the whole of Spain. The Aqualandia Aqua Park Benidorm is a great day out for the whole family. It is host to a multitude of slides and chutes, wave pool, lazy river, plus many pools and children's play areas. A good selection of eateries and picnic areas are also present; serving traditional Spanish fare alongside the usual fast food alternatives (hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza etc). Located on the outskirts of Benidorm, Aqualandia is best reached via the A7 motorway. It is well signposted, but please be aware the A7 is a toll road, so have some change spare. An alternative (and cheaper) route is to take the N-332 coastal road although this can get very congested during peak season and/or lunchtimes and early evenings.
