Aguadulce  The small Spanish fishing village of Aguadulce is the perfect place for a sun sea and sand holiday.  There are many good restaurants, shops, and a great night life.  The locals are welcoming, and there are plenty of fun days out just a drive away.  La Envia Golf Course is very local to Aguadulce.  Established since 1993, and designed by Francisco Mendoza, the La Envia is an 18 hole course located in a valley protected from the winds by the picturesque mountains.  Please see Aguadulce Golf for more information.    The beach in Aguadulce is golden sand, stretches along several kilometers, and is very well maintained.  With a picturesque backdrop of mountains.  The waters are very calm and clean, and the lifeguards reliable.  This is a popular beach with the locals at the weekends. The marina in Aguadulce is one of the few marinas with space at present.  You can either purchase a mooring space here or lease it.  Please see Aguadulce Marinas for more information.  With the coastline of Costa Almeria being a desert there isn't much rainfall and the winters are very much like a good summers day in England.   The average temperature is in the summer is 25ºC and and in the winter is 12ºC. The sea is crystal clear and most of time time warmer than the air. Annually on the 16th July there is a fiesta in Aguadulce celebrating Virgen del Carmen.  The Virgin Carmen was the protector of the fisherman which is why they celebrate it in the traditional Spanish fishing town. All in all I would highly recommend Aguadulce for your annual holiday or investment in property, it is an undiscovered, unspoilt town with friendly locals, and lots to do nearby.
