Los Adosados (Hondon del los Frailes)
The community of Los Adosados is located next to the town of Hondon de los Frailes. This is a small town with approximately 500 inhabitants. The town will offer basic amenities, and for shopping trips Orihuela and Crevillente are a 15 minute drive away, and a little farther afield is Elche. The pace of life is slow here and ideal for people looking to get away from it all. The beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja etc. are a 40 minute drive to the East.
This range of quarter detached chalets comes in a standard three bedroom, one full sized bathroom, + one downstairs toilet format. The kitchen is open plan and leads through to a large living room/diner. Although no rooftop solarium exists there is a patio on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor. The below price includes a garage, pre-installation of heating, cable TV, and a hydro-massage bath. All properties have full access to communal facilities such as a swimming pool.
